No communication with any of the staff

Questions were never given back, feedback wasn’t there. I loved the long hours (when they were given as l enjoy being physical labour and l made some life long friends along the way

Not a good place to work very unsafe work practices

Traffic Group Australia is a not fun place to work the Operations Manager and his side Kicks have their favourites and they keep getting work and as for Drugs they keep putting these people back into work and it is disgusting and is putting peoples lives at risk. I would never let anyone I know to work for traffic group Australia as it is not safe place to work.

I thought I was helping the state Operations manager out but he ended up just using me for my skills and knowledge. Also management would use you for double shifts and really where was the duty of care?

    Good Employers

Offering only casual - spasmodic work. Perseverance may offer a lot more hours.

Good employer though. Provide all equipment and uniforms that are required

working is ok here but your advised not to tell office staff anything

learnt keep my trap shut - learnt that some staff are treated more equal than others - that if you want to be a teamleader - you have to cush up - office people dont know everything that goes on aout on the road --workplace culture - if you dont cush up then your gunna be a pleb-- politics is hardest part of job - enjoyable being outside fresh air and free
