We’re the world’s third-largest Travel Commerce Platform! (If this doesn’t mean anything to you, don’t worry! It will do by the end of this page! I promise!)

Essentially, we are the intermediary, the middle man, the connector between our two sets of customers, ‘Travel Providers’ & ‘Travel Buyers’. Our software enables these two parties to buy,
 – more... share & sell travel.

Our ‘Travel Provider’ customers are companies such as: Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental companies & Rail lines.


Our ‘Travel Buyer’ customers are companies such as Booking.com, American Express, Carlson Wagonlit Travel & Travel Republic.


Let’s imagine… you’ve had a busy week & you want to book a trip to say… Italy! You open up your phone, tablet, laptop, whatever you fancy and go onto say…Booking.com. You select Italy between certain dates and within seconds you have hundreds of hotels, different flight options, the opportunity to rent a car whilst you’re there… all at your fingertips… what powers that? What brings all that information together and puts it in front of your eyes? Travelport!

Our ‘Travel Providers’ list their flight availability, hotel room availability, car rental fleet availability on our platform.


Our ‘Travel Buyers’ subscribe to our platform so that they have access to our ‘Travel Providers’ availability. Ever wonder why Travel Republic have some hotels available to them which aren’t available to other travel agencies? That particular hotel will have listed their entire availability with us & Travel Republic are one of our ‘Travel Buyers’.

Travelport was going through a serious change and with no direction and support from management. You had to quickly learn and fend for yourself.

My day to day was ensuring my accounts had our latest technology and support.


I managed all key accounts and during my employment at Travelport I never lost an account.
