Great team, poor executives

Great team member and a good place if you're a student. Uniforms, meal on shift are provided and security is best in city. Top line managers are only interested in their bonuses however and there's a huge disconnect between policy and reality

Very unpredictable

As a casual you’re either working MAX hours a fortnight or working no shifts at all. Hard when trying to save / budget. Always very disorganised and always understaffed/ high staff turnover

fun

good work place with a good roster which allows you to have time off between shifts with the occasional possibility for over time work. good bosses that make you want to work for them.

Fun, productive

Always a lot to be done and always a lot to do the buffet is fun to work in but can get very busy with rude/ drunk customers . Kitchen is great for a change but can be boring overnight

Dark times

Been an employee at Tresury casino for 10 years+ It use to be an amazing place to work, but things have gone down hill drastically.. The onsite management are amazing and it can be a fun place to work. however the politics of everything, is currently a mess. Conditions continue to get worse and worse.
