Outdated equipment. Good coworkers. Management need an overhaul too many chiefs that like to argue instead of working together. Promises made are slow to be implemented causing the crews to be cut in half

Casual roster is not reliable, under paid.You get called in with very little notice and you make family plans (on a Saturday night) without informing them, or if you can't come to work if you get called in with under an hours notice they sit your shifts back next to none

Great work environment,

Sales were made once you create a good rapport with customers. Getting out and about was great. Company car offered was very good. Working hours were late most days but only because of distance due to traffic hold ups.
