Start with recociling the till and preparing for opening. Taking phone calls and customer service at the counter until the full compliment of staff arrive. WHS reports once a month with meetings. Take care of the banking and make sure everyone is doing their job correctly. Handling refunds and warranty claims. Technical assistance on products. Co-workers are all great to work with and understand theier job.
Hardest part of the job would be managing the staff while the manager is away or on leave because I have two positions to fill and the best part of the job is the satisfaction of making budget each month.
