Good Culture. However management and leadership weren't there to support learning, development and career progression. High stress job with great projects to learn from.

Not much to say. Was seconded immediately. Cannot comment on culture as was not there. Company is risk advserse so whether yu are staff or contractor, you only have a place as long as you have a role. More of a recruitment consultancy

Not a fun place to work

Management in Australia is not up to the standards. Employees are treated as cash cows without giving an importance to employee's needs. Lack of trust between staff and management. Staffs are fired if there is not much work around.
