TURSA is an excellent workplace. The company has a wonderful workplace culture that fosters hard work. The Management team leads by example and encourages all employees to work to their best ability to assist others in the community and be team players. TURSA offers fantastic working conditions, highest paying provider, 9 day fortnight, flexible leave conditions.

Job Culture
Worked for Tursa for 3 years and in the end, voluntarily let due to the constant criticism, harassment and bullying from senior management. They preach that they work with staff and treat them as family and care for their clients....and this was the naive view I had of them when I started. Majority of the staff are on power trips, the others too busy gossiping between themselves or about whatever staff member they have taken a disliking to that day. Management is unsupportive and while the pay is quite adequate, the supportive workplace they constantly preach about would be an improvement

Helping clients

Job Culture
Tursa have protected at least 2 workplace bullys in the job for 20 years. Both have recieved complaints about them bullying and does nothing about them. Tursa protects these people. Its a shame as there are some great staff. But the more time you work there the more nepotism you see. Smoke and mirrors was the saying managers used.
Pros
Good pay and conditions
Cons
Senior staff bullying and being protected

Job Culture
Being a not for profit organisation, the corporate culture and motivation of individuals to help people get jobs and improve their lives is genuine. The success stories we hear from individuals who get a job after long term unemployment makes it all worthwhile and very satisfying. We have to work hard to achieve these outcomes and that kind of work ethic is not for everyone.
Pros
9 day fortnightnight / top industry salaries
Cons
longevity determined by goverment contract cycles
