good overall for flexible time working
this is a good place to work with as a freelance. you can choose time to work by yourself. when ever you free from your main job or as a main job.the money earned depends on the time that you work, in peak time you could earn more than 30 per hour. but in normal around 15-25

Very poor pay
I started working for Uber in 2017 upon which everything seemed alright I paid on a per kilometre basis $1.30 per kilometre a pickup fee had a drop off fee each $2 50 then on top of that if you had a second delivery you're also got paid $2.50 for the pick-up as well as the drop off. In 2018 this is where things started to get bad so Uber eats brought out a ne new contract where they removed the drop off fee on all orders and only paid per kilometre as well as 1 pick up fee as time progressed on up until now 2023 there has been a progressive decline each year in earnings which is the polar opposite to what you would expect with increasing prices on things like your basic essentials and was not in line with other industries where there was an increase in wages it was a decline to keep this as short as possible I would highly not recommend working for this company as you will end up bankrupt and your earnings foot only beyond the average $7 to $9 per hour after expenses do not work for a company that can't appreciate their contractors.

The job is good
The job is good, if we get regular orders. If not it is so time and fuel consuming. But it is still manageable most of the times as far as the orders and the locations are concerned

Fully Enjoing Ridesharing
Driving for Uber is mostly fun since I've been driving a Taxi for many years. It is way more relaxed work then driving Cabs. The only challange is the flood of Ride share Cars on the road so that is getting more difficult to earn a decent Income.

Flexible working culture
Work whenever you want as much or little as you want. Start and finish at home. Meet interesting people. Learn how much to say. Expect some people to chat a lot and others to say nothing.
