The best hourly rate is high risk pax is out on the street, drunkard and party goers. Peak work hour or rush hour when accident is high and stuck on the jam. No such thing as flexible, you work on the odd hours like dinner time, midnight party and before and after hour. That is the money.

First 3 months gross per hour can be $40 to $45 an hour before tax, expenses, annual leave , sick leave, superannuation. After 6 months most driver getting around $29 per hour. Is a pyramid scheme. Medical insurance on your own. YOU ARE NOT EMPLOYEE. You can be locked out with a click from Uber.
