Trades Assistant (Current Employee) –  Townsville QLD7 February 2019
Love the company although the shop itself is stuck in the 1980's some days it's fight to find things you need. Very family oriented, I find the day to day tasks are some what challenging, as with bigger companies they love their paper work, high quality of safety standards
Pros
Local businesses

Interesting & variad work
Rollingstock Maintainer (Former Employee) –  Keswick SA16 June 2018
Was a great place to work with good work mates, pity it did flow through to management after a forced change, lack of communication from the top to the work force caused a lack of confidence in management especially when forced redundancies took place as a lot of good loyal workmates were forced out.
Pros
Good work mates, previous manager & the socialising at work.
Cons
long shifts, lack of communication & new managemnt not trustworthy.

job is a solitary play without team work
Draftsman (Former Employee) –  Macquarie Centre NSW6 June 2018
Throughout the company senior and middle management suck.
While permanent staff doing the politics only hied staff trying to trying to push through.
Managers, Engineers and drafters are the worst to come across in the construction industry.
Anyhow no job pressure as mangers do not care.
Receiving and forwarding an email is more than enough to survive.
Pros
no job pressure
