The job requires experience and being able to communicate. I learned how to build conversation with strangers and educating them on what the company do. The management is very supportive and encouraging. Everyone is treated with respect. The hardest part of the job is when you dont meet your target for the week and the most enjoyable part of the job - more... is when you meet your daily target and get bonus. - less
