How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Unisson Disability? What are the steps along the way?
As a Team Leader i was involved in the interview process (this was up until 2015 so may have changed again) it was a two prong process whereby you attended a group interview which was to gauge your response in a group setting, followed by a 1:1 if you passed the phase 1 of the process before the final decision.
