Working with United Nations is challenging and development of programs for grassroots level youths in life skills building is very important.

It changes between divisions and bosses, but I recommend to study the Job description and prepare a speech about why do you want to work there and in that exact division or job. Also you will need to be able to back what you put in your resume, have a story prepare about the time your (insert skill) help you and how.
