Not a great home to work in
Bullying occurs quite frequently in the home I worked in. I would not recommend working in this home if LGBTQI. I found discrimination quite rife within the organisation and was pushed out to another home as they promoted the Service Manager

Used to be very nice. SCM at Strathaven and CM at Strathglen are very nice. RSM also very good.

Health Professional in Regional VIC

Deeply disappointing
I love the vision and values of this organisation but the reality in their regional Home Care Programs is deeply disappointing. Managers with limited formal education and zero understanding of clinical governance make this a stressful work environment for any registered health professional. Anybody voicing concerns about substandard care will be victimised and pushed out. It's like the Royal Commission never happened!
Care Advisor in Tasmania

Poor management
Program Managers are not trained or have experience in home care. Uniting AgeWell once cared about clients and staff and now it’s about profit" . Ignores the fact that staff are stressed. Makes changes for changes sake and to justify their position. Once a great company but now just like all the others. Needs a clean out of managers .
