It's who you know. Genuinely good applicant don't really stand a chance. More often than not, it seems that when a senior job is advertised, the candidate has already been pre-selected and they are just going through the motions.

7 hours per day
10-12 and 2-4 are core hours. other time can be flexible as long as you keep track your flexi, but only applied to Level 7 and below for admin staff.
