Diverse workplace

All employees worked well together. Management easily and readily accessible. I learned a lot in the Mental Health field working for this company. My only concern is the company closed one location and left many of the workers without a job.

Co-workers are great and dependable. Management listens to concerns. Every day is challenging but manageable which is the worse part of the job. One day can include 10 hours worth of work and the next can consist of 5 hours. You have to manage time well. Most enjoyable part of the job is seeing clients improve/progress.

The company was great

A typical work day for me was to go to the office every Monday morning and file my notes and talk with my supervisor. What I learned from this company is to make sure that you do your job and communication. The management at this company was great, they would be there for you when you needed help and they made sure that if you needed help they would help you no matter what the circumstances where. The hardest part was commuting back and forth. The most enjoyable was getting a raise and making sure that all there employees had some type of training so that they would be able to move on to another position in the company.
