Just love to work at UC

flexible and a balanced work life with good pay

A typical day as an urban partner depends on the availability I've put down and the jobs I receive for the day. I can choose to work as little as 3 hrs a day to 12 hours a day. The work pressure is not too much as we'll be working alone. The management is really good as they provide partners with live support if any issues arises.

I joined Urban Company in 2021,I used to work as a disability support worker, but when I joined Urban Company, I thought it’s better than other companies,for example, we can get the rewards every month if we did the good jobs.So I do the full time job at Urban Company, I really love it.

Great company

Although I’ve only been working with UC a short while and had minimal contact with the Melbourne team - the Melbourne team are very efficient, reliable and friendly. The has been a few issues with the Partner App, however the Melbourne team were quick to help and pass information onto the IT team at head office.

Provides stable work for cleaners

I have been a cleaner with Urban Company for more than one year now. I have always had enough jobs come through them and making more money while putting less effort than before.They just give me jobs during my roster, it's super easy.

Great working place

I recently joined the company but I'm loving it. I can choose when to work and they pay more than the other companies I worked for. They give us rewards and have a helpline we can call every day. They call us partners and they treat us like partners. Just found out they pay if I refer a good cleaner friend so I'll definitely do that

Flexible. technologically apt. Accomodating. Competitive.

It is the most practical cleaning company to work into. I enjoyed but not for a long stay because of covid. If they plan to branch out here in Adelaide, I will join in again.
