  • Great, work from home, regular catch ups for mental health, support with home office setup and ergonomics. Handled it very well.

  • They have done a really bad job. Staff have been asked to do more work, but there is no extra compensation or lightening of duties in other areas to balance this out. Due to the fact Ventia are very understaffed, more work for the staff just means more corners cut by the staff. Management are very quick to add more work to the Utilities staff, and equally quick to blame and chew out the Utilities staff if they don't immedately adapt to the pressures of a heavier workload. Management have no understanding of what it takes to do the Utilities job, so they couldn't respond to the COVID19 outbreak adequately.
