Actually care about their employees and not treat them like basement dwellers. Training to be kept up to date with real certified certificates that can be used outside the company not just useless printed Ventia certificates that can’t be used outside of Ventia. Pay to be equal of those cleaners from other companies. Ventia cleaners are the lowest paid
Actually care about you’re staff! Ensure the right training is in place for you’re workers to go out and exceed what’s expected of them. This goes for labour hire employees aswel ! Not just Ventia employees.
