My manager was good and the company culture promotes training. Ventia may is not a great payer though. Convenient location to work in North Sydney also had hybrid working arrangement.

Good team culture and generally supportive. My manager was nice. Regular staff activities and access to training and development.

I found Ventia to be an altogether nice company to work for. I found that even the big bosses smiled at you, and were pleasant when you bumped into them around the office, even if you were not working directly under them. There were regular informal gatherings out of office for evening drinks etc that contributed to a friendly work atmosphere.Most importantly my manager was understanding and supportive.As with all companies, headcount was tightly managed and unfortunately my roll was only a temporary one, even though I found that they looked again for a temp some months down the line.
