No real company culture to speak of at drivers level. Not enough inclusion of drivers within the culture and this is a sticking point. Needs to improve. Good safety record, equipment is in reasonable condition, decent employee overall benefits.

I was causal so I'm not sure. From what I've heard it's basic 4 weeks off annual and 10 sick days off.

It was great going to work every day as I always knew what I was going to too as I was in the main shed running it my way as the management left me too it and the work was always done the only day i didn't like at work was the day i was made redundant at lunchtime and i was not told the reason why and too this day i still don't know after I gave them 11hard years of my time there and I still don't know why
