Nice place to work

Great co-workers and residents, clean safe enviroment.A day at work can include arranging and driving a mini bus to morning melodies, the beach, park, lunch, morning tea, or a shopping trip.Running a bingo game or skittles, gentle excercise or arm chair travel with a dvd.Happy hour is popular and walks or garden visits.paper work to comply with accreditation requirements. One on one communication with residents and group activities.I have learned to REALLY listen and be very patient. The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to make a difference to the lives of the residents.

Pros

having fun with the residents.

Cons

communication problem
