Not only the Management but also the Staff and all the Residents were very good. It was a great feeling to work in a collaborative and close-knit family environment at Vermont.

Great co-workers and residents, clean safe enviroment.
A day at work can include arranging and driving a mini bus to morning melodies, the beach,park, lunch,morning tea, or a shopping trip.

Running a bingo game or skittles, gentle excercise or arm chair travel with a dvd.

Happy hour is popular and walks or garden visits.

paper work to comply with accreditation requirements.

One on one communication with residents and group activities.

I have learned to REALLY listen and be very patient.

The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to make a difference to the lives of the residents.
