What people say about working at Victoria Police

  • see below

    3.0
It is a dangerous and arduous occupation. Whilst salary and job security rate high a good organisation is ruined by it's management.
    Police Officer (Former Employee)
    Broadmeadows, VIC - 30 April 2014
  • You have no/little life. The job owns you. Your family suffers due to work commitments.

    2.0
Sure the pay is adequate but at a cost. The cost is to you and your family as The Police Force OWNS you and is a very demanding beast. You are also austricised from the general community which can effect your children as well.
    Police Officer (Sergeant) (Former Employee)
    Retired - 7 September 2019
