Questions should relate to the selection criteria which are in the position description. I have been on so many selection panels and you'd be surpirsed how many people waster their time applying but don't even address the selection criteria in their applications letter. Those applications are the first to be cut when shortlisting.
Typical question they ask is why did you apply for the position and what skills you can bring to the job.
