Great place to work. Everyone in the team from the park supervisor to the lifeguards have great communication skills and are therefore understand what level are jobs are to be help at . This is imperative to ensure the safety of the guests in the park.

Best job ever

Lifeguard (Current Employee) - Gold Coast QLD - 2 April 2017

My time working for this company was simply perfect. It's a job out of the common. Everyone is nice, supervisors, guests or colleagues. They give you lots of hours per week. The hardest part of the job would be standing in the sun, but in the end of the day, it's worth it.

great fun

Lifeguard (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 30 November 2016

worked for village road show in sydney and then at the gold coast. loved it both times, its a great job for a backpacker or someone looking for casual work but dont often get enough hours for it to be a job in the long term.

Pros

great work environment, working with great people

Cons

unsocialable hours, shifts often got cancelled when you were casual staff

Loved the people i worked with

Some days you could have a terrible day and other days you could have a great day. I loved the people i worked with they always hekped me get through the day. the work was contract and everyone would always want to get kept on over winter but one every 1 in 4 got a job through the winter which was such a down fall of the job.
