Low wage. Shift work - early starts / late finishes
Low wage - $23 hr. Shift work - early starts 4am / late finishes 11pm. Off site staff parking for Sydney Domestic staff - Blu Emu public car park. Public shuttle bus to terminal. Initial training in the Sabre Reservation/Checkin system was inadequate. Basically you learnt on the job. Cabin Crew in Brisbane QLD

It was once a good airline
Worked here for 4 years now, and unfortunately with the new owners the company has completely changed and not for the good. Cabin Crew are taking a easy 400-500 less a fortnight now on the new EBA and work life balance is not fantastic. Also moral is at a all time low, although the people you work with are some of the best! The perks are fantastic. I would still recommend it for someone new to the industry who's always wanted to do the job. Cabin Crew in Sydney NSW

Use to be fun now it just stressful
Great people but this job isn’t much fun . Long days for very little reward . You are expected to do alot for little pay . The crew are great but the pay is horrible . Staff travel is a great perk you just don’t have time to use it .Rosters are hard to swap / work life balance is hard to achieve . You will make life long friends . What would you say about your employer?
