Productive and Fast Pace
Domestic and International Cabin Crew (Current Employee) –  Brisbane Airport QLD30 July 2017
A fast pace environment to work in with hard working employees that all pull their weight to fulfil our job title.
There is no such thing as a typical day of flying. Yes, we may do the same thing in the air each day but you don't know where or who the job could possibly take you that day or week. Working with big personalities always makes the day go faster.

The day is different every day.
Flight Attendant - Cabin Manager (Current Employee) –  Brisbane Airport QLD21 April 2017
The hours are all over the place, from 5.5 hours a day to 11 hours a day. From 2-5 flights a day and from Brisbane to Melbourne to Perth in one day. Great people to work with and the hardest part of the job is the exams twice a year.

Flight Attendant (Former Employee) –  Melbourne Airport29 September 2015
Flying to various cities around Australia was a big bonus. Good rest was a requirement to be a flight attendant as it can be hard on your body and quite challenging working up in the air

Fast paced and busy with travel benefits
Flight Attendant (Former Employee) –  Sydney, NSW23 December 2013
There was no such thing as a typical day at work. My shifts were at all different times in all different cities around Australia.
I learned to work with all types of personalities and worked well in high stress environments within strict time frames.
I had little to do with management except for the daily managers on board the flights. I had good report with my base manager and was nominated for a service excellence award Australia-wide.
The hardest part of the job was definitely the time zone changes and variety in shifts. With good preparation, it was easily managed.
The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting all the crew and passengers which made it a fun working environment.
Pros
Travel
Cons
Alternating shift hours
