Conducting safety briefings on board, assisting special needs guests, administering first
aid, preparing and delivering food and beverage services and providing exceptional
customer service to ensure Virgin exceeds guests' expectations on board the aircraft.
Adaptability Able to work under pressure and delivering award winning service,
because the nature of the aviation industry means that cabin crew can be affected by
factors outside of their control.
Demonstrating a genuine passion and enthusiasm for creating a memorable and
quality experience for every guest including VIPs, Platinum and Gold guests - in a
premium environment.

Current with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Current with SEPs (Safety Emergency Procedures)
Current with Aviation Security Procedures.
On board Safety Officer
CASA approved & current in all aviation requirements (Civil Aviation Safety Authority)

Excellent level of health
