A very clicky culture where u climb a ladder sucking up not from working hard. Possibly the worst place I’ve ever worked and I wouldn’t recommend that job to anyone

Exciting, fast paced enjoeable work place

I have been with Virgin almost 10 years and love it. They have a great culture and value collaboration, genuineness, compassion and professionalism. Its always rapidly changing which keeps things interesting and the benefits for working for an airline are great.
