Don’t join this company unless you can handle violent work culture. Managers have no behavioural skills. They don’t even know what work is going on in the team and are very unsupportive. Completely incompetent higher management.

Work here unless you don't have any other opportunities in hand
Associate Consultant (Former Employee) - Hyderabad - 19 June 2020
Even during the Covid 19 situation the management is more bothered about salary cuts, job cuts, change in bench policies , salary revisions . Not a great organisation to work for.
Very laid back attitude is seen across various different departments.
Pros
Some of the managers are really helpful

Good place to work
Associate Consultant - QA (Former Employee) - Sri Lanka - 28 March 2020
The employees are not paid fairly at all if they start their career from Virtusa. Promotion cycles happen frequently, however compensation increments are laughable.

Good place to work
Associate Consultant - QA (Former Employee) - Sri Lanka - 27 March 2020
Pay isn't great, and neither is the work life balance, but it's a good place to start your career at. Lots of learning opportunities and, if you're lucky, you might get to work on-site at a client location.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Everything depends on the team you work on.
ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT (Former Employee) - Colombo - 8 March 2020
The working team does not have any interaction with the HR team. The HR should know at least the basic pay outside the company. A lot of valuable resources have left the company due to the ignorance of HR.

Great place to work
Associate Consultant /Team Lead (Former Employee) - Colombo, LK - 29 October 2019
Gave me the opportunity to grow as an Engineer and team lead. Also nurtured me to be more than just an employee. It was more of a campus of learning rather than a place of work.
