Poor management - Sails in the desert hotel
Funny unfair rules for housing
-Managers don’t listen to their staff and it’s a loss if you work hard as managers don’t take any action to the lazy staffs. - You get different housing depends on your position so a single manager can get 2 bedroom proper house for themself but a line staff with family member of 4 get a studio room. Good place for work in every aspect, no merit based geowth since 2019
Could have better leaders, especially gm's of the hotels Head of departments especially FnB department between 2019 n 2021.
