WalkMe started out very strongly - great first impressions, great people to work with, fun company culture that includes weekly happy hours, office dogs, and all the other startup stuff.
As I figured out what I actually wanted to do career-wise, I got bored in my position at WalkMe. A manager hung a promotion over my head for half a year before I got fed up and started applying elsewhere. I wish the company had given me more opportunities to grow, but I learned a lot.
Free lunch + dinner, great culture, smart people
Political, upwardly mobile but SLOW, long hours
