What is the best part of working at the company?Bad planner in water corporation, I give good advice and suggestions but they never want to change.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Many of their water meter that is hard to find can be improve with my suggestion but they don't want to change. So it remains hard to find forever. Many route plan make you walk back to your car without reading meter, I have good ideas that can solve this problem but they don't want to change.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Their bad culture that pass down from many years ago is they just don't want to change, they just wanted to remain the same, especially the senior staff in the office.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Encountered the same problems days by days because they don't want to make the changes.

workplace is like an extended family

Amazing and supportive work environment.Staff are open and available to contribute to a healthy , inclusive workplace. Work life balance is important but not really applicable with this job.

Strategy and culture have improved significantly in the last 4 years.Corporate culture is good with a clear positive view on mental health Can be slow and boring at times due to legacy culture
