Always value truth, honesty and integrity in staff and their ability to work for the greater good, with or without your company, it is still gods work..
listen and appreciate staff feedback..
Keep staff to no less than contracted hours..
Don’t overload team leaders to point of exhaustion because of cutbacks on staffing and constant rearranging of management..
realise that all cut backs have a flow on effect to workers, usually the lower down the line the worker is, the harder the changes are felt...
$1 means so much more to the poorer man than the richer..
Let staff do all the good they can..
