good for nursing student
the job offered is very good for nursing student its like a placement but you are getting paid and learning more of how bedside nursing is. nurses are helpful and more than willing to teach you i hope they will continue this. i am happy to be part of the pilot program.

Fun work place but lack of opportunity
Work wise it is fine but lack of opportunity to grow.Great team environment but always understaff. Lots of learning and development opportunities but no carrier progression.

Worst place to work at No One cares about youKeep you posted.Only get abused by HR and management/ patientsThey never come to wards to greet you.
Nursing Unit Manager Level 2 in Parramatta NSW
on 11 November 2020
Excellent values, staff encouragement to improve, succeed and input and innovation valued
Management was supportiveGreat collective group of professionals to work withGood communication, open disclosure and transparency of decision makingWorking hard as an organisation to improve individual performance and organisational cultureRewarding, draining, challenging and valid work. Felt good to contribute to this environment
Administrative Assistant in Westmead NSW
on 20 July 2020
Toxic culture needs to change
Unskilled and poorly trained managers, who are very hung up on job titles and do little to support their staff. In position not for their people skills but because of longevity of service and possibly because they've "seen off" better qualified people who just aren't in it for the fight. Beware of very high staff turnover in some department s, remember people leave managers, not jobs.
