Good to gain experience but still using old system, less productive
Good in gaining experience around machines for mining.But WesTrac is still using the old system which makes it less productive. There is initiative to change but slow pace.

Frustrating, very stressful if you are not in the purple circle
Was once a work place where experience and knowledge was appreciated and respected.It is now full of people with no understanding of the importance of customer relationships.It is now completely transactional.Very click work place full of silos and massive ego’s

Working in the warehouse as a picker. You are constantly walking or standing for 5+ hours. No opportunity to rest or sit.Not a lot of communication from management,Repetitive work.Not a lot of opportunity to work in other areas of the warehouse.
