The first thing I noticed was how passionate and down to earth the people are. A very professional team who love what they do. Lots of long term employees. You feel cared for as an employee, not just a number. Loads of career opportunities if you want to grow and develop.

a typical day at William Adams Ag is really good as you never stay on the one machine for a long period of time, you do lots of on work on and off field, with not only tractors but all kinds of farming machinery. i learnt a lot while i was there, many new skills and tricks and learnt a lot more about the mechanical side of the machinery. the management there is very professional and great to work with, all the boys there are top blokes and have a high passion for there job.

Difficult to move forward with this company you are boxed into the position you have with no opportunity to advance. SOME management are unapproachable not all which can make it a very difficult environment to work in.

repair and service heavy equipment. I learned mechanical service and repair skills as well as people management skills. poor management that keep trying to step around issues. management treated mechanics very poorly and where miss treated.

Teamwork is works both ways People anywhere will be people and stand together to be free loaders instead of doing the right thing, but no one can hold the company responsible for the actions of all its employees I loved the job and most of the people and top management has it sorted, looks after their people
