Only stayed due to hours available because of lack of staff

Horrible work environment, upper management was very unprofessional! Was a very malicious work environment where budgets were pushed however they were very unreasonable.
Black our periods were held whenever the company wanted to go on sale and therefore we were never able to request time off without management threatening our job.
Extremely high staff turn over just reaffirms the poor management of the company. Only stayed as hours were available and the casual staff I worked with were lovely girls.
The store manager was inadequately trained and lacked the fundamental management skills and was rather insensitive over all it was just a mess of a company to work for. The casual staff did the most for the store and were hardly rewarded for our efforts.
Also the commission is non-existent worked there for over a year and we never earnt anything extra, just the minimum wage.
The expectations upon casual staff and the punishment for small errors was absurd. As a casual job, it was not worth the hassle nor stress.
