Great workplace

Client side is very good. Leave policy is employee friendly. Technical knowledge is appreciated and managers are supportive. Overall no issues so far.

Lack of direction and support

New hires have told me they haven't been allocated to a project despite joining 6 months ago. Training is very disorganized and depends on who you can find. Company has no resources for further learning - they said they had Udemy company access but that hasn't worked in months and they eventually said they no longer have it.
