Busy fast paced workplace
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Mascot NSW - 25 May 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedJob consistent of taking inbound calls and helping customers with their online orders. Had training for 1 week. 2 weeks training with support. Working from home was convenient. Able to get assistance from seniors. However no job security. Fire people very easily and don't get opportunity to redeem yourself.

What to expect from a call centre
Customer Service Operator (Former Employee) - Yennora NSW - 31 July 2023
Very hierarchical workplace. Definitely have some good apples but they’re usually drowned out by the team leaders drunk off “power”. Pressure for KPI’s is okay, job is generally just tiring especially when they don’t employ enough people to meet the demand of calls. Good motivation initiatives like ordering in food etc and pay is consistent.

Fun colleagues but mundane work
Dispatch Team Member (Current Employee) - Rochedale QLD - 4 July 2023
I have enjoyed connecting with my colleagues at the Rochedale CFC but working in Dispatch means a repetitive routine for 5 hours and constant 'pulling' to work in other departments. As a Dispatch Team Member, you are arguably one of the most skilled team members on the site but the pay doesn't reflect the capture of greater skills.

No bad
Warehouse Labourer (Former Employee) - Braybrook VIC - 19 May 2023
Yeah nah wasn't bad. Decent gig. Alright pay, but hard work tbh. Longs nights, early morning. Good people work here though which is the most important part.

Very poor work
Social Media Coordinator (Current Employee) - Sydney NSW - 20 November 2021
Working at WooliesX was good because of the staff who joined with me. They make u feel uncomfortable. They over promised and under delivered. Staff were good but it’s draining and you feel like a robot.
Pros
People are good
Cons
Bad pay, cut shifts, don’t deliver on promises.

The best people
UX Lead (Former Employee) - Surry Hills NSW - 27 June 2021
Really recommend working with these fabulous people. So many switched-on folks that just want to get stuff done, leave the egos at the door. I was in the new B2B unit of WooliesX, this team is really starting to hit their stride after a reorg and agile transition in 2020. Product squads have just doubled, lots of interesting initiatives underway. Great learning experiences working closely with the business and product owners. Great and easy culture of inclusiveness and acceptance. Sometimes new stuff appears that is top priority and everybody jumps to accomplish it with no whinging. Great comraderie.
Pros
Great supportive culture, especially in Experience Practice
Cons
Some priority churn, to be expected in a new business

Scrum Master (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 17 August 2020
Love the friendly environment they have all among the management and the staff, overall the company is quiet big and requires serious and hard working people with bubbly nature.
