The hiring process was completely online. First, you get an email asking you to do an SMS interview. Once I completed that I got an email for a video interview almost immediately. The video interview gives you up to three attempts on each question. Once you have completed this, they will ask you for your work eligibility. If you are eligible to work, you will get a job offer.
