Before your first shift, do you receive your shirt and badge or do you get it at the store you are going to work at on the day? I’m curious because I’m starting in a couple of days and haven’t received anything or any information about this.

Yes, my first shift I received my Shirt and badge
You have the responsibility to order them yourself but if you do it at an appropriate time before commencing the job they should be available to collect at the time when employment commences.
Usually receive your shirts and after you start
I received my shirt and badge on the first of my shift, i would recommend showing up in all black clothing with black shoes.
