After 8 hours no you will not be paid for over time unless its over the weekly hours you are ment to work that week
No. you will only get paid overtime if you work more than 32 hours in the week
Depends on what state you are in and your EBA, NSW a casual can work up to 10 hours at normal rate give or take time of day, day of week. Check your EBA.
Yes after 8 hours you get overtime which was frowned upon by the company

No the hours after that would not be paid at overtime in my experience.
I would approach one of any staff from the Human Resource office, and politely request information on my my hourly rates.
