Generally if your casual you must be very flexible. If you are on a contract as a part timer then you will have your set contract days and hours negotiated with you, however when you first start you will be given the hours based on store needs. Then you have the option to flex up, meaning do more shifts or hours.Lastly you can request to change a roster (uncommon to be approved) or they will ask you for a change (they say it’s negotiable but it really isn’t).
