A 15 year old can’t work past 11pm during the week so, no. But they can work in stocking shelves during the day up until around 10:30pm and will have control over their shifts if they communicate it with their manager

It will be easy you will probably do a 3 hour shift, so they can build up your work speed. When you get more familiar with the work, they will give you more hours.
