Very good and fun to work at
The culture at Woolies was get on, do your job and no socialising AT ALL. There was no time and that was what we were there to do
Very convoluted. Staff don't liaise with other departments.
Fantastic work environment. Team players.
Excellent they welcome anyone no one is treated different everyone is equal.
Woolworths is a company that trains Teens to have exceptional food handling skills, work as a team and individually, follow strict and systematic procedures, cleaning skills, time-management, to be versatile and open to learning in different areas of the store. They also allowed me to gain customer service skills, by being presentable, time efficient and friendly and welcoming at all time.
Excellent they welcome anyone no one is treated different everyone is a equal
Completely terrible.
Was told to be more of a b**** to check out operators. Lost motivation to talk to anyone because I'd get in trouble
Stressful, terrible, 'golden children' are cared for more than other workers
