Fun and enjoyable though it is understaffed and is suffering as a result need at least 3 people to finish closing in time due to the shear scale of jobs needed to be completed while serving customers at the same time

Very stressful

I only give 3 stars because the managers try to listen but however I believe the staff and cost cutting is an upper management issue that angers alot of Deli workers as you are forced to close the entire deli down in 3 hours which is impractical, I was already struggling enough to get the jobs done but then they cut my finish time down by half an hour adding even more pressure to finish closing do...

Productive and fun to work

The deli department and store manager are very friendly, all work together. No stress at all. I always enjoy working with team members. Learning new things from time to time and even cross-department training.

A secure job

Worked here for over 11 years and felt valued as a worker in my time there. Was given part time contract as were nearly all staff but that has probably changed now (I left in 2019). garbage

woolworths are only ever concerned about cutting hours and making the most profit. consistently understaffed during peak hours and management never helped
