i was at a store where it was constantly very understaffed, ive had to do 2-3 peoples jobs at the same time, i felt like i was getting underpaid. So it was very easy to get burnt out as the pay was not very rewarding. a lot of my coworkers liked slacking off, and it was a pain to always pick up their slack, managment dont say anything about it.

Depending on who you have as a manager, its great place to work

first few years working here it was amazing and i loved it so much, but unfortunately we got a new department manager and they were awful. even higher management knew how awful and vile they were but never did anything about it. staff across the whole store ended up dropping like flies because of this new department manager and nothing ever being done about their disgusting behaviour.

Fun place to work

Great place to work. Happy people. The working aspect was a bit physically demanding as your lifting fruits a lot however there are expections to delivery such as mechandising and keeping the fruit and veg area clean
