Worst Company to work for

Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) - Noosa QLD - 23 May 2023

The overall atmosphere of this company is awful. the managers and team leaders do not care about you or your interests. I was refused to be trained at a self-serve station after working there for a year even though new staff were trained instantly. The customers always have something to say and expect respect as soon as you scan the first item, you only got a 15-minute break, unless you worked 8-hour shifts then it would be 30 minutes. Being in Noosa, this store is very busy 24/7 and it was honestly the worst job I've ever had.

Good luck to you when you need to get out of it and make it work with it going on the 3rd party after the end shift to work on a few days of June Fly in Australia for a drink and enjoy a great day at work in a relaxed atmosphere with the wrong food in a place to stay with a great meal or 20th meal and drink the food at a later time with the wrong food for you and your number and your current location and the food is good

What is the best part of working at the company?Interacting with the public , reliable work.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Work load unrealistic and no real time for customer service which is high on the priority list What is the work environment and culture like at the company?As honest as I can be over the years it has slumped to an all time low. It was a good company. Sadly it has declined recentlyWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?9hr shift , one hr lunch ( unpaid) on feet all day .Serving, doing online orders , cutting meats on demand getting chickens out of oven.
