What is the best part of working at the company?Good management always take onboard workers concerns and the pay was excellent..the kind of company that looks after their workers like family What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I didn't find anything stressful the whole time I was with work force it was a great company who looked after their workers and very professional in all areas of civil construction What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Great family like atmosphere if you had any problems managment will do their best to solve things for you and always make sure their workers are being looked after and treated well by the company in charge of the site your working on What is a typical day like for you at the company?Great professional inviroment always something to learn and help progress of your own skill building

It's a fare working environment, Perry productive and enjoyable.I learn a lot and gain defferent ideas ,knowledge the more you stayed, the more you be come experience.

Family affair

The job is goid fun and friendly staff but the management never care about your explanation about the staff balancing job hour ..the allocated job in office is family affair choose the good hour to the family favourite if you not nap you got short hour years and years even busy you at the corner watching ...never go to this company at least no family allocated the job ...

Didn't deliver on what they promised

Job was to be regular part time work.Managed 3 shifts over 6 weeks. Different reasons for no work depending on who you spoke to. Never followed up with what they said . Fellow workers at job site were nice and helpful.
